Born and raised in Connecticut, Yvette has more than 15 years of sales experience including marketing, management, and new business development.
In 2001, Yvette received her M.B.A. in International Business from Connecticut State University, with a concentration in Managing for Innovation, and was a two time recipient of the CSU Graduate Academic Achievement Award.
In 2002, with a desire to explore her Latin heritage and a fondness for warmer weather, Yvette moved to Miami Beach, FL. It was here she first discovered her passion for selling real estate and received her Florida real estate license in 2005.
At a chance meeting with Miami Beach builder and developer, John Turchin, Yvette was introduced to The Lodges at Eagles Nest and after much consideration, moved to Banner Elk, NC in May of 2007.
Yvette is now part of the Mountain Sotheby’s International Realty team as Broker/Realtor representing New Development Sales for The Lodges at Eagles Nest.
From New England to South Beach to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, Yvette is now happy to call Banner Elk home.
